The key to health and well-being at work is to keep your body moving. Height-adjustable desks are the solution here. At the touch of a button the desk moves up and down, allowing you to switch between sitting and standing activities quickly and easily. This promotes the blood circulation of the muscles and improves the oxygen supply to the body. By the way: meetings, video conferences and telephone calls in a standing position are said to be particularly efficient!
